Stunning and Rare Corner available on Riviera Island

Riviera Island is a lovely peaceful sim which has a central lake with a gazebo for anyone to use. I have owned Riviera Island since May 2013. It is my only sim and is nearly always full with long term residents.

I will never raise my prices to account for the extra prims from LL as these prims are a gift for us all.

We currently and unexpectedly have a stunning Sunrise Corner available. It is very rare for a corner to be available on this sim. This corner has 878prims + 293 prims free. The rental is 1000L$ weekly (you can pay up to 4 weeks if you want to) and the size is 3840m²

RENTED We also have a very small Lake View parcel available . This small parcel has 146 prims + 49 free prims, the rental is 175L$ weekly  (you can pay up to 4 weeks if you want to) and the size is 640m²

To view these parcels come to the information area and you will see the advertising boards on the wall, Click the one you want to look at and you will receive an LM to the parcel, and one back to the information area and one to the rental meters which are behind the wall that these boards are on.

Please also make sure you read the covenant before you buy and rent. These are the main points to be aware of

2. No ban lines, please use a security device instead if you need one.

3. Please do not make water next to boundaries of your land as it can cause very bad problems for you and your neighbours. Try and leave a strip of sand before you make the water.
