Looking for business partner that can mesh!

I own a small business that is tied to a Rp hud. I make items that work with the hud.

However, I am wanting to expand it from simple food items to include furniture, decor items and more! Just I can't build to save my life, so I am looking for an experienced builder that would not mind going in with me on this. We will work out the payment rates and all once we have spoken in more detail. However, it will be more a commission based pay (when something is bought you will receive a certain amount for it). 

I am mainly looking for someone that can mesh and make the mappings for furniture and decor items, however, if you are more versatile than that, we can definitely expand to incorporate it all!
