Notifications are showing GMT, not Second Life Time

As I understand it, all Second Life activities and notices are standardized to SLT, which is equivalent to Pacific Time.  However, all of my Notifications sent by the groups I belong to are displaying GMT instead.  I've attached a picture; is this something I can fix?

For the record, I live in the Pacific time zone in real life.

That's expected behaviour on the Linden Lab viewer.  Some TPVs use SLT time for group notices.
