can someone help to delete a item that wont leave my store ? it don' exist but won't leave

Sounds as if it might be a phenomenon generally called "ghosting" -- that is, when an object has been deleted but hasn't been properly removed by the simulator.

A  region restart will usually fix that -- either ask the region owner to do it (on private islands) or ask LL on mainland.
