No one can see my profile picture when they view my profile. I am able to see it in my profile.

No one can see my picture in my profile. I can see it in my profile. Also, if I login to something like a tip jar that shows my picture, it shows a very old picture instead of the one I have in my profile. What can I do to fix this?

This is a bug,  - see  BUG-41015 and  BUG-41003

There is a workaround given in the comments on issue BUG-41015.
LL are working on a fix for this bug.
