why did i not let my lindens when you charged me but never gave me the points

i have purchated lindens last night  20,000   20,000  and 2000   you charged my paypal which came out of my account  but you never gave me the lindens  i paid alot for those lindes  where are they

We're all residents here, just like you, so we don't know what happened. But, we can theorize. You probably placed a Best Rate (limit) Buy order for Lindens at an exchange rate that was higher than anyone was willing to fill. The LindeX is a resident-to-resident currency exchange and any L$ you purchase must be sold by someone else. When you placed the orders, LL extracted enough money from your PayPal account to cover the purchase, even though it didn't fill. If you return to the page where you attempted to purchase L$ you'll probably see that your three orders are still pending. You can cancel them and the Paypal funds will be returned to your Linden cash account (not to your Paypal account). You may then place new Instant Buys for the desired amount and the cash balance will be used to fund the purchases.
