anyone else have issues after updating to MAC OS SIERRA V10.12?

I just updated to MAC OS SIERRA V10.12 and when I open the chat window and try to TYPE I receive a pop up that gives options to 'hide, crash, or continue' .. there is no end to this.. I can't do anything at all as the window keeps popping up and I crash .... 

 

has anyone else had this difficulty?

Are you using an old version of Firestorm?
