How do you apply the textures on anything,like houses,objects,and onto the avatar?

For houses/objects, 2 ways. You can right click on the texture in your inventory then drag it to where you want it and release. The other way is to edit the item then go to the texture tab. If it's a building, you may need to edit linked parts then click on the part you want to retexture. I'd suggest you hit Builder's Brewery or Happy Hipster for some basic classes. 

Avatars are a bit more complicated. For system stuff you have to edit theh edit body parts. You can  go to your inventory. On Firestorm, there's a plus sign. You go to create new clothes or skin. You can then edit clothing and you'll see a texture box. You add your texture there. Same for a skin, though if you try that, it's going to be very flat. Most designers, unless you get some older full perm stuftt, don't have the clothing set so you can modify it. If you can, be sure to make a copy first so you don't damage the original.
