i sent linden to my friend but she did not get it

Are you absolutely certain you sent the money to your friend? If you did so by clicking on her avatar and viewing her profile, you may have chosen the wrong avatar by mistake. If you did so by using search to find her profile, are you sure you typed her avatar name - NOT her display name - correctly? It's psossible you accidentally sent the money to someone with a user name similar to her display name (if she uses one) or with a similar avatar name.

Check your transaction history (Dashboard - Account - L$ Transaction History). Expand the dates to include the one you sent her the money on, and see if it did, indeed, go to her user name, or if you sent it to someone else by mistake. If you sent it to someone else, you're out of luck - the best you can do is contact that person and ask nicely for them to return the money. If you DID send it to her, and she's sure she never got it (she can check her account history too, to double check), try submitting a ticket or, since it's a money issue, you could try calling billing, although they may just tell you to submit a ticket.
