Let's be realistic. DJ's, Host, and Dancers are not going to get rich working at a club. You can probably make enough to pay your rent. Or to support your shopping habit. But it's not going to make you wealthy. So you have to consider other things when choosing where you want to work: You look at the club itself. Is it a fun place? After all, that's why we're all here! You look at the staff in general. Do they get along? Is there a lot of drama? Or are they like family? You look at the surroundings. Is it a nice place? You look at the overall attitude. Is this place all-accepting? Will they respect you and your choices in regards to the path you walk in sl? You look at how management treats the staff. Is it run like a military boot camp where everybody is expected to be a robot...or are you encouraged to show your own unique personality and style? Do they value your opinions and suggestions? Do they ask for your feedback? Blade's Edge is an adult sim. It is not, however, a sex sim. Our club is very neutral, meaning anyone from any lifestyle would feel comfortable and welcome. We try to be different. We look for things that haven't been done to death. We are not a one trick pony. We're not a club that happens to have other things going on. We're a community that happens to have a club. And we work together as a team. The owners don't just stop in now and then while their managers do the work.
