Hello. I have Skrill account and 9$ but I can't add Skrill as a payment method. How you do it?

Both Skrill and PayPal have to be "verified" before they can be used as a payment method.  That means that the account has to be backed up by a major credit card or a bank account.  To do this, follow the instructions on the Skrill website.
