i bye things and there not showing in my received folder

Check your order history on Marketplace to see if the order went through or not.  

If it didn't try to reorder the items.  If it still doesn't go through file a support ticket explaining the problem.  You can do this even if you aren't premium. 

If it did, you can file a support ticket to have the items redelivered to you.  Also mention if this happens every time you order so they can fix your account.   This may take a day or two as LL works tickets by priority then by order received.

Some Creators have redelivery terminals in their in world stores that will redeliver copy no transfer items, even if you bought them on MP.  You can check to see if the creators have one.  This is the fastest way to get your items.

If there is not redelivery terminal, you can contact the creator and send a copy of the Marketplace order showing you paid on a notecard and ask them for redelivery.
