I cashed out USD 218.42 on July 29, 2016, 12:47 p.m. and have waited for over a week for the processing to finish. I check the status today and it now says Closed/Refunded. If you see none, check your spam folder because sometimes they end up there. You can also check Support tickets to see if there is one for this transaction. I suspect you were supposed to submit a tax form and didn't in the time allowed so your sell order was cancelled. If that's the case the email or support ticket will tell you and tell you what form is needed and how to submit it. If that is not the case, contact billing and ask them.
