how can i add my youtube music to my land?

You will need to stream it just like a DJ streams music into clubs.  Rent a stream and then get a DJ program to stream it onto your land.  Of course your computer and the DJ program will need to be on for this to work unless you rent a stream with server space.  

You can rent streams in SL from various companies inworld or on MP.  You'll want to get one with enough listener space for the number of people likely to be on your land or listening to it on their land or in RL.  For instance if you rent a stream for 10 listeners and have a party, anyone that arrives after the first 10 people won't be able to hear the music.
