can not buy L$ with paypal . while paid with credit card don't get L$ too.

I try to buy L$ for a couple of day till today.

 

today after i check unscheduled billing maintenance they said it already fix.

 

[RESOLVED 1:42 PM PST, 30 July 2016] The unscheduled billing maintenance is now complete

 

so i try to buy again today.

at (5:00 PM PST)

 

when try to buy used paypal it show me "

There was a problem charging your payment method.

don't get L$ but don't get charging either.

 

it also happen ,when i try with credit card. my account got charging but don't get L$ !!

If you have a prepaid credit card LL won't accept it.  You have to have a regular credit card. 

If you do then call billing who can help you figure out what's wrong.  We are only volunteer residents here no Lindens read this. We have no access to your account records.

I have been having the same problem also, I have tried every one of those telephone numbers...none of them work, filed 2 case reports the first one because of the buying linden problem, and the second becauseI have been trying to become a premium member since i joined SL  and the special offer closes tomorrow.  so far none of the cases i opend have been answered, its like i dont exist ....i am curious to see if they will extend the offer due to the maintenence problem ...i doubt it, but it will be a test to see how loyal SL really is to its memebers !!
