My spare bedroom is unfurnished so you will be able to put down your own furniture. There are prims availible for your things and of course you can rez and change in privacy. Single here not looking for a relationship. This is not that type of post. No breedables allowed in the home but other than that there aren't very many rules besides being polite and curteous. Just ask You will however need to be concious of the amount of prims you place because rent is very low.
