Turtle Falls is hiring managers to help with various parts of sim administration.  The positions available are as follows.  One person may apply for any combination of the given roles, or be creative and suggest another way you can help.

Event Manager:

The event manager(s) makes sure that Turtle Falls stays interesting and active by planning and promoting sim events.  These often include live music and/or DJs, social gatherings, icebreakers, games, or creative performances.  The manager will either plan events or assist residents of the community in planning them, find and follow up with performers or others as needed, promote the event both within and outside the Turtle Falls community, and generally ensure that they are successful and run smoothly.

Property and Resident Manager:

The property and resident manager(s) ensures the success of rentals in Turtle Falls.  The includes showing prospective residents the homes and parcels available, helping new residents to move in and adjust to their home, assisting with technical issues such as configuring televisions or media, following up with residents when there are issues with prims and tier payments, etc.

Advertising and Promotion Manager:

The advertising and promotion manager(s) work to spread the word about Turtle Falls outside of the community.  This can include placing advertising, finding the best locations to advertise, working with Second Life businesses on cross-promotion deals, and participating in relevant groups and communities to represent Turtle Falls.
