No premium account required, and rates are cheaper than Linden tier on the same size of parcel.

Property owner is a Linden Lab Concierge customer, so can get priority and enhanced support for any issues arising with the sim.

hippoMEDIA, hippoSECURE, hippoTELEPORT, and a SHX - SHOUTcast Receiver - SRN-MPC200 optionally included in rental.

Optional prefab houses available in various styles and sizes for L$50/week on top of standard rental.

Flexible prim limits if you need to exceed the standard prim allocation for your parcel, with additional rent, subject to availability of prims within the sim as a whole.

Click in-world rental boxes for full terms of rental. Pay the rental boxes on individual parcels to claim use of this land, subject to the terms on the notecard provided by the rental box.
