How do I get rid of this white wrap around my avatar?

I haven't logged into second life in a really long time so I've forgotten how everything works. So I need some help. I have this weird white towel-looking wrap thing on my avatar and I can't get it off. I've tried detaching everything, changing skins, all that, how do I get rid of this??http://imgur.com/VzRcM2z

That's an old starter avatar skin and the wrap is part of the skin. Just about any other skin will replace that, including the newer starter avatar skins in the Library (look for the starter avatars that are named with a typical person's name and do NOT say (Mesh) after them.)
