Vinc Acker Posted March 23, 2011 Share Posted March 23, 2011 Hello,A while ago I downloaded the PHOENIX viewer. Everything was ok, no problems. Then I saw that there was a new update.: .908. I updated and since then I don't hear sounds or voice. In preferences I can enable voice, I can go in Device settings but there will be a messege: Please wait. And it stays so. Resetting doesn't work. Deinstalling and installing it again doesn't work. I tried different viewers but only 1.23 viewer worked with voice. Unfortunately, it's such an old viewer that I can't use alpha stuff and more. So, my question is: What to do to make my voice work with a phoenix viewer? ps: Got a mac. Grtz.
