Riviera Island is a very popular place to live in SL. We are beached themed and the central part of the island is a lovely lake and small arrival area with seating gazebo on the lake. In the sky above the lake we have Caribbean Breezes VIP club and Breezes Theatre which is the home of Breezes Dancers. The island is very pretty, quiet and peaceful. All public areas have a lovely windlight setting.

The sim is moderate rated, mainly residential.
