some content on the sim wont load properly

not only the buildings or surroundings but some of the content on my avitar. lik some clothes wont load or ears but most of everything looks normal. just certain things arent rezzing right

Having similar issues after latest (4.0.2) SL Viewer update - some of my clothes don't rez correctly. They were fine in previous version and are still OK in 3rd party viewers (even after their recent updates). Same problem in both PC and Mac versions.
