not only the buildings or surroundings but some of the content on my avitar. lik some clothes wont load or ears but most of everything looks normal. just certain things arent rezzing right

hi i've been on SL for about more than a week now and i'm having trouble being able to click on an item once i get it in game. but it the item will show up letting me know i've recieved it but it will not let me click on it to actually get it if this all makes sense. i'm just wondering since i have already paid for it how can i fix it....i don't want to waste my money on something i'm unable to wear.
