profile locking up repeatedly

how do I stop this problem of my profile locking up repeatedly and I have to log in with my name and password over and over again. If this is a bug, how do I get rid of it?

It's a bug - see BUG-10415 - [Valhalla] profiles and marketplace are asking for a login each session .

If you  tick the "Remember me on this computer" checkbox when you login to the web profile, it should keep you logged in every viewer session, however it does still sometimes lock the profile again when you haven't cleared CEF cache or viewer settings.
