Check you group pages on the bottom left hand corner of the first tab to be sure it's checked to get group notices.  If it is and you are a premium member, you can file a support ticket. 

Cobra Tech requires the board owner add you to the board for you to be able to manage it.  It is not enough to just wear your staff tag.  Your board owner should check to be sure they spelled your username exactly as it appears in your profile.  If it is correct the board owner needs to take it up with the creator of the board.
