Rent is L$600 a week either commercial or residential. There are max 234 prims on the land and the full amount of prims can be used if you wish to rent the entire parcel or half the prims for half the parcel depedning on what is requested on the land. The parcel is on SL route 7A and next to a plethora of established estates and stores. You can rent a residential cabin on the land for half the price (without prims but with a nearby rez zone) or all of the land for full price with or without 234 prims. For the full L$600 rental price a house or store can be placed on the land (furnished or unfirnished) or left completely empty and give you all the prims.
