But its unlikely that you will get your money back, as there are no refunds on premium membership. I also never heard of a bug as you describe it. Are you really sure that your first attempt to downgrade was successful? Had you abonded all land (including the Linden Home) at the time? Have you made sure to downgrade with enough time before the next payment?
