You can't sell a Linden home because you didn't actually buy it in the first place, but you can abandon it and either try for another one or use the land allowance that comes with a Premium membership to get 512 square meters of land somewhere else on the "Mainland" (the large connected areas on the map.) You'll need to pay for that land up front but after that you won't have to pay anything else on top of your regular membership amount.
