This one seems to work: (MST3K Movie Theater) Squeebee's Mystery Science Theater, This Island Earth (235, 156, 24) - Moderate It uses QuickTime movies - so you need QuickTime installed. It's been years since I tried to watch movies in sl. I think it's still true that with QuickTime multiple AV will see the movie in sync while Flash movies play independently for each AV.
