My screen keeps flashing to non responding

I have run into an issue... When I log into SL on any viewer.. my screen will flash from unresponding back quickly.  Then it will calm down until I touch something and start all over again... Has any one else started having this problem

Typically means your computer is having trouble keeping up with all the data that you're asking of it.

Could try some of the following, although these aren't comprehensive guesses of what could be wrong. You don't include any helpful information to diagnosis, so these are guesses.

 

• Reduce your Inventory (below 40,000 items, ideally)
• Disable RLV (login fetching of #RLV folder will create Inventory-scan overhead)
• Clear your Notifications (too many will clog things up)
• Reduce throughput on your network (especially any that use the Internet or LAN, such as Torrents, Netflix or Youtube)
• Other strategies to reduce overhead/processing on your machine, such as disabling background tasks

I have the exact same issue, wich makes SL completly unplayable for me. I was able to log in the night before, then I started to have issues. And so far, it does it with every viewer I tried, firestorm, Cool, and the Linden one.
