Why is my screen showing LL technical stuff suddenly?

It`s posting things like:

INFO: LL info log memory private pool

kills on unknown objects

current allocated physical memory

etc 

All the time - have tried a restart 

any help would be appreciated

You probably enabled one or more of the consoles by mistake.

Try the following Menu Options (or Keyboard Shortcuts) while logged into Second Life:-

• Develop > Consoles > Debug Console (Ctrl+Shift+4)
• Develop > Consoles > Fast Timers (Ctrl+Shift+9)

...Or one of the other Console options inside Develop > Consoles.
