login page not working

Un-check the [  ] Remember Me option on the Login Page and continue with your login. Do this a few times before checking it again. However, we highly recommend not using this option at all if privacy is an issue with you.

If this step fails, then a Clean Install of the Viewer is indicated as this issue means your installs XML files are damaged, possibly for all accounts you use. It's nice to have a clean install once in a while.
