Why can't I deactivate gestures?

I used to activate and deactivate gestures but now it seems I cannot deactivate them any more, and some of them annoy me. Does anyone else have this problem, or a solution?

You can try to tp to a quiet sim, where you can see that it is allowed to use scripts ... then log off and on again, maybe a couple of times, and try to deactivate the gestures again.

Try to turn off you AO, while you deactivate the gestures.
