Riviera Island is a very popular place to live in SL. We are beached themed and the central part of the island is a lovely lake and small arrival area with seating gazebo on the lake. In the sky above the lake we have Caribbean Breezes VIP club and Breezes Theatre which is the home of Breezes Dancers. The island is very pretty, quiet and peaceful.

I have just reduced the weekly rental price on Sunrise Corner 1 from 1220L$ a week to 1000L$ a week, this is a permanent reduction and price you will always pay

* Terraforming the land allowed but no hills higher than one metre

* Change music/media urls allowed

* Deed land to group allowed

* Building allowed

* Rezz objects allowed 

* Set landing points allowed

* Build in the sky above your parcel at 800m or higher allowed

* Ban lines are NOT allowed due to the recreational area in the centre of the sim - ban lines look so ugly.

* Security devices allowed 

* Setting privacy on your land so you can't be seen is allowed

* No Refunds

* If you have more than one parcel of land on the island you will have a rental meter for each one.

Any buildings, trees, plants, signs and off-sim rocks, jettys and waves etc are NOT included in the sale.
