If you own a [Linden Home], pick up all your rezzed items, then stand in the middle of it, then select World / About Land, then press the [Abandon Land] button.

If you own any Mainland Parcels, pick up all your rezzed items, then stand in the middle of each, then select World / About Land, then press the [Abandon Land] button. Additionally, be sure to set your Land Use Fees Tier level to Zero.
