Is there a way that i can derive a second life mesh head to imvu?

Unless you created it you can't download it to your computer to upload it to IMVU.  I assume you are not the creator since you don't have the .dae file to use to upload it.  Therefore there is no way you can take your sl mesh head to IMVU.
