Does anybody make or can anybody make a universal alpha so that one can wear any mesh clothing on any avatar body so that one does not have to buy the special avatar body for certain pieces of clothing?

For short - NO

But if you found an alpha that works with your body you can copy/link it to the other outfits.

Usually the alphas that come with clothes don´t work perfect anyway. The differences in avatar sizes and shapes are to big for creators to work that out 100 %.

A universal alpha is technical impossible.
