The sim I am the GM on has been sim crashed several times in the last 3 days. Goingstrong Resident has taken ownership of this and sent myself and the owner a list of demands I have to meet by 6 pm slt. I need help immediately on this

I can't help you, and neither can anyone else here. This a resident-to-resident help forum, and no Lindens come here. What you can do is ban this person from your sim, of course, and send an Abuse Report to Linden Labs. Since you own a sim, you are presumably a Premium account holder, so you can also contact Live Chat for support, but they may just tell you to submit an AR.
