I asked before about av being cloudy, and carried out all the instructions which didnt work, I also re-installed the viewer, now my main av is okay, just my alt av is cloudy. carried out the same instruction with that but didnt work, any more solutions?  I am not really computer literate sorry.

If only one account has the problem, it's most likely something she's wearing.  See if you can put on one of the starter avatars or force a default basic avatar with Develop/Avatar/Character Tests/Test Female (or Test Male).  If that cures the problem, put on your normal items one at a time to see if one of them makes you become a cloud again.
