How to change security questions and answers

Hello,

I wanted to know how do my friend change his security question answer or both? He had help creating his acct and the person who helped him is acting a little weird so now he is taking security measures to be sure he is safe. He already changed all his passwords that he could for his acct, including his email but we want to know just for my security questions how do we do that.

 

Please help me someone. He has checked the forums and knowledge based and found nothing useful that would help. We need something solid that actually works. He have already submitted a ticket as well.

Submitting a ticket is your best bet.  I do not see a way you can alter the security questions from the Dashboard page.  If he changed his passwords, it is unlikely that this other person can get into his account. 

It is very important that he never, ever share his password with anyone.
