My friend can't see me, not even my name tag

Hi CRM, 

I'm going to guess that your friend has accidentally derendered and blacklisted you. For this to persist though a logout, your friend would have to be using the Firestorm viewer. That's the only one I'm aware of that has blacklisting. Have him click the "People" toolbar button and click on the "Blocked" tab. If your name is on it, that's the problem. Have him right-click on your name and select "Unblock". If this doesn't solve the problem, you know where to find us.

And for future reference, Derender + Blacklist is in the pop-up menu when you right-click another avatar.

Ive got the same problem tried all ideas ive seen on forums etc and nope nothing works, i only know they are there as i see them typing in chat
