That's only 11 days, since weekends aren't counted. They're called 'Business Days', and it's not unusual for cashouts to take up to 15 (that's three weeks, including weekends).

The easy answer is that it'll be completed the next time LL run a batch of cash-outs. They only do this when transactions reach a certain volume, for tax reasons.

If this isn't enough reassurance, you can contact Billing Support.
