Now I see what you wanted. (please next time type your question - not just say hi) it saves time.

Well, now as for the parcel.

It will be better for the one who offers the land to know the following:

What you really want when you say Adult?

You want to have there sexual related business (sell sex) ?

You want to have people having sex in public view?

If none of the above is a goal for you, then a Moderate parcel will do just fine for you.

In moderate parcels, we can display sexual related items (adult items) , but not to use them.

The less rated a parcel is the more people can find it in search.

Also its good to provide the information about the prims you need or the price you like to pay per week.

I hope you can find what you really need.
