I recently have been experiencing some new problems:  (1) Items--prims--I click on become transparent.  What setting controls this?  It has happened continually for the past 2 days.  (2) There is a www line --where web addresses are supposed to be typed --that floats across my viewer.  Nothing I do has any effect on it..It is impossible to remove.

Ensure this menu item is not enabled:

Advanced > Highlighting and Visibility > Hide Selected

Then check Inventory for a media-on-a-prim or shared-media item that is attached to or worn on your HUD.
