Seeking Builder for 2-sim custom project

Hi, I am seeking an experienced, professional builder for a large project - a 2-sim area based on a real city. I will pay well for this, but need a highly qualified, experienced, and RELIABLE person whose building style matches with my vision. Looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

Building Skills:

* Experienced in large scale builds, with examples you can show me.
* You know how to build low-prim and use megaprims and sculpties to best advantage. 
* Ability to create custom textures from photo sources.
* Interest in and attention to detail. Since this project involves building replicas of real buildings, willingness to do research and build based on photos, Google Earth data, etc. is essential. Of course some changes will be made to building design and interiors, but the feel and sense of place of the real city needs to be conveyed. 

Other Qualifications:

* You have the time to commit to this project and will see it through to completion in a reasonable period of time.
* You use Skype/voice and are willing to chat regularly to discuss and plan the project.
