Looking for the original template designer for a gown

I am looking to purchase the full perm template for a dress I have seen in a few stores now - the most recent being from Prism for the Peace on Earth 7 hunt.  I have been looking on the marketplace but having no luck.   The Prism version can be seen here http://peaceonearthsl.com/category/prism/  .   I know that it isn't an original design by the stores selling it but I would like to know who the original designer of the template for this dress was so I can find out if it is still available. 

Any help will be appreciated.

Another good way to find out is to inspect either a demo or if some one has it on, it will tell you the maker this way and you can go vist there profile.

That can work though usually the root prim is in the name of the reseller so she'd need to remember to edit linked parts but in the case of the dress she mentions, the creator also offers it as a .DAE so someone who bought that would upload it and would appear as the importer of the mesh object to Second Life.
