I'm having trouble upgrading to premium

Now you're getting me confused. You asked in your other post how to downgrade from premium to basic:

Are you having issues to downgrade or to upgrade? And what does the error message say? You can give more information using "options" > "edit" at the upper right corner of your question to add text, or use the permalink.

If you are indeed trying to downgrade to a basic account and have problems to process, since you are still a premium member, you can contact Live Chat at their opening hours and see if they can fix that.

I am not a premium member yet. I asked the first question cause i wanted to know before signing up for premium that i can downgrade back to basic. However, when i went to my account to upgrade, i had difficulty signing up. i followed the step by choosing the month i want, and then i filled out the info but when i submit it; it kept telling me that there was an error. I tried a lot of time put it not working

What payment method do you have? You must have one of the approved ones by Linden Lab, that is to say a credit card. Debit cards or gift cards are not accepted. You can also use Paypal. Here's the link to full information about accepted payment methods and how to use Paypal.
