I am not a premium member yet. I asked the first question cause i wanted to know before signing up for premium that i can downgrade back to basic. However, when i went to my account to upgrade, i had difficulty signing up. i followed the step by choosing the month i want, and then i filled out the info but when i submit it; it kept telling me that there was an error. I tried a lot of time put it not working

i have tried several time with different browsing site but it still tell there was and error. please i need help
