Hiring writer & photographer for my reality show

Hi - I wanted to do a secondlife Reality Show!

It will be based on the shows like housewives, basketball wives, etc. But, I tried to do them a bunch of times on video. That didn't really work out, So i want to try something different.

I want the show in text, on a website. Having pictures on every scene, and the text below it. Like a blog!

For this show, we need:

Writer - Will come to every scene, making sure they copy the chat, edit the errors & post it on the website making it very neat.
Photographer - Come to every scene, taking pictures of everything, getting with the writer to post it on the website.

Already have everything else!
