Thank you. I appreciate this. Because it's never a good feeling when you're paying thousands a week to employee's who does nothing. But you get it, and you're right, there are 3 types, if I ever have a staff again, I want the hustler who's work is clear and easy to see all the way to the results. But you're woke. I think I posted about the previous people I worked with so many can know I don't want any staff member, so when It comes to Ideas, make sure it's ideas that does not involving me having to search for staff members, because I do have trauma, and I just want peace & happiness on here. Why would I say I'm providing a office space in exchange for ideas? That makes no sense at all. I'm looking for a MANAGER & Event Planner/Scouts to help me run my Production Company, but this post is mainly for MANAGERS but some points involve event planner. Scouts are just basically getting information from SL and bringing it back to us giving us ideas. Most Important: Must be ACTIVE & Have DISCORD. Must know: - How to make & send notecards Know how to navigate discord (like editing the titles in the server), must know how to navigate SecondLife, the basics. Must know how to edit the facebook roles, make people writers, photographers, things like that.
